This may happen if you have created a username and password, completed your Work Details, but encountered an error when trying to log in the first time.
To fix this, go to the Login page, enter the Username and Password you have created and click Login.

If you have created a username and password, but did not complete your Work Details when activating your account, you will be taken to the Work Details panel where you can fill in your information and complete the sign-up process.

Note: Do not ask your administrator to send a new email invitation. If you click on the 'Accept Invite' button in the new email invitation and try to log in with the same username, you’ll see the 'Username is in use' error message
