The 'Comparable Listings' tab has similar sections to the 'Comparable Sales' tab. The main difference would be instead of adding comparable recent sales, you would be adding comparable listings which are currently on market.
Refer to our article about adding comparable sales for details about the features within each section.
Notable differences on the 'Comparable Listings' tab are as follows:
Refine your search
Click on the ‘Listed within’ drop down menu to select a preset period or tick the ‘Custom date’ checkbox to set a listing date range. You can also choose to exclude listings that have been removed from the market by ticking the ‘Show only current listings’ checkbox.

Select comparable listings
This section lets you add listings which did not show up in the search results. Perhaps there is a property with similar attributes that is being sold off-market on the same street or suburb. Type the property address in the search bar. As you start typing, predictive text will display possible matches in a drop-down menu. Click on the correct address to add it to your list of comparable listings. Note that the property location number is now red instead of blue.
