Receiving an invitation email.
To Join an RP Data account you will need to be invited by a company administrator.
The invitation will arrive via email and will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your email clients settings will determine the way the invitation email is displayed to you.
If your company has security settings in place, the email may appear as below.

The Accept Invite button is the image in the middle of the page not currently displayed.
Click the Click here to download pictures prompt in the header of the email to display the images within the email. Click the Accept Invite button to make your way to the Join Form.

The Join Form.
You are prompted to answer the question Do you already have a Corelogic Username?
Answer Yes if you have
- Requested a product previously via the Corelogic Online Store.
- Had access to RP Professional previously with another company.
- Have access to an Alternative CoreLogic Product (e.g. the property hub)
Answer No if you have never had access to a CoreLogic product.
You will be prompted to create new user details.
Entering your previous user details.
You have had access to CoreLogic product and wish to reuse your old user details, so you have stated YES I already have a CoreLogic username.
You will be required to enter
- The previous Username.
- The Personal Email address that is registered against the old username.
- The Password last used to access the username.
Click the Accept and Sign In button at the bottom of the page to join the account.
You will now be presented with the Work Details screen.

Forgotten password or incorrect email address.
If you have forgotten the password details for your previous username, don't be overly concerned, you can update the password at any time. Use the Forgot your username or password link to send yourself a password reset email.

The password reset email is sent to the Personal Email address registered to the username.
Follow the link in the email provided to update your password to something that is known, then return to the join form to complete the join process with your new password.
If your previous Work Email address was entered into the Personal Email field, you may not be able to access the inbox to retrieve the password reset. If you are in this situation, please call our friendly customer care support team on 1300 734 318.
They will assist with updating your old user details so you can retrieve the password reset email.
If your email address details are updated by the support team you will need to use the updated email address information to successfully complete the join form.
Entering New User details.
To Create a New Username you will need to enter
- A Unique Username. (does not accept special characters, cannot be an email address)
- Your Personal Email address
- The Password twice - Within the required password rules displayed.
- Your First name
- Your Surname
- Your Landline Office number (your direct line or office number)
- Your Mobile Contact number.
Click Create Username to move to the next step.

Adding or Updating your Work Details.
The Work Details screen is where you add information that will appear on cover pages of reports you produce within RP Professional.
You will be prompted to add details for your:
- Work Email
- Work Mobile Number
- Work Phone Number (not mandatory)
- Work Fax Number (not mandatory)
You have the option to upload a personal Image on the right side of the screen.
Click Next Step to finalise the creation of your user details.

You are now presented with a Terms and Conditions screen that requires acceptance to proceed.
Tick the Do not show this screen again to bypass on future logins.
