Publishing Your Proposal
If you are satisfied with your proposal configuration, it's now time to publish it. You may publish your proposal in either a digital or hard copy format.
Digital Format.
The Website button in the top right hand corner will be highlighted in red by default, this indicates that you are ready to create a digital link. Click the Publish button to the right to create your proposal.

This generates a live copy of the proposal in a new tab, scroll down the page and review the document to make sure that it includes all the required information you want to present to the vendor.
The URL that is displayed at the top of the page is specific to your proposal.

Hard Copy Proposals
To produce a hard copy of your proposal click the PDF button on the top right hand corner. This will modify the display of your proposal into a page view.
Click on the Printer Icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of the page and choose to either print a paper copy or use the printer settings to print it to a PDF file.

Incomplete Proposals
If you have not completed all the steps of your proposal hitting the Publish button will prompt you to add any missing data. Follow the Check Link to the section that requires updating. Make your changes and click Publish again to finalise your proposal.

Sending Your Proposal
Copy the unique URL and send your proposal to the vendor via an Email.

Email Notifications
You will receive email notifications when the vendor Opens your proposal

You will receive an email notification when they Accept your proposal.
