Within the Commission Structure screen you will firstly need to allocate if the sale will be
GST - Inclusive/exclusive/not included.
What structure do you want your fee to be displayed in?
- Percentage – this is a straight calculation based on the estimated sales range. You can simply enter the relevant % here, (i.e. 2%.)
Do you want to display the Price Equivalent of the % entered?
(i.e. if the sales range was $500,000 to $600,000, and a 2% fee was applied, the price equivalent would be $10,000 to $12,000.)
- Tiered percentage – setting a percent up to a price point, and a different percent above (i.e. 3% up to $500,000, and 2% above).
- Fixed fee – exactly what it says, a fixed amount for the service (i.e. $10,000)
- Other – anything else that hasn’t been catered for in the options above.
