Agent details are required to be configured the first time you use the RP Proposals platform.
Any changes made are saved for use on future proposals.
The Upload Image placeholder image displays the Edit button in the middle of the panel, click edit to bring up the Agent Info page.
Use the Choose Image button to upload your personal image.
You may add personal details about yourself. The following fields are mandatory and you will not be able to proceed without completing:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Biography (information about yourself)
It is optional to add social media links to your proposal, this adds click through links for your
Image1- Editing Agent Details.
Hit Save to complete the setup of your agent information.
Text sections of the report can be easily Typed over by simply clicking into them. For example below where you can click into the header and made the text more personalised.

This is also true of the body text. Pre-filled text can be added to, or replaced. Note these changes Will Be Specific to the proposal you are working on, and Will Not be saved as the default.

The Our Difference section allows you to add additional slides you may have which outline how you Stand out from your competitors. Once you have loaded slides into a proposal, they will be saved as options to include for this section in future proposals.
Click the edit button in the middle of the panel to view the Media Library.

Select from the available template images or upload a new one of your own and create a custom slide.
Click the Add Slide button to add a new slide to the media library.
Upload your image and add your title and description text. The Title and Description text details entered appears over the top of the image as per the example provided in image 4 above.

To add a slide to your proposal, under the others section, select the checkbox on the top right.
The slide will then appear under the selected section at the top of the page.
You may add as many slides as you like, the selection checkbox will change to show a number, this is the selection and display order of the slides on your proposal.
Hit Save to add the slides to your proposal.
A Banner ad is available to be included on every proposal.

Click the Edit button in the centre of the panel to bring up the options to:
- Add a Title
- Include some Descriptive Text.
- Upload an image

Click Save to display your personalised banner ad within your proposal.
You have now configured the proposal to include details about yourself and your agency, its time to move along to the target property and area statistics section.
