User details cannot be updated directly within the app itself. You will need to login to Rp Professional to update your name, email address, contact numbers or agent imagery.
It's much easier to login to the desktop version of Rp Professional to make this change. If you are unable to access a PC to do this, please follow the instructions below.
Whilst on a property page, use the ellipsis menu to find your way to the More Options page and the Launch Rp Data Professional menu option.
You will need to enter your username and password details to re-login via an internet browser.
Use the My Account menu on the top right, edit your personal and work details and save them.
Any changes made will filter through to the app.
