You are encountering some weird behaviour with the application that appears to be un-explainable.
You can login to the application but its not operating normally, you have tried all the options listed under the why cant I login to the app article and its still not behaving normally.
You can try
- Logging out & logging back in to the application. (fixes a bad login session)
- Making sure your phone software is updated to the latest operating system.
- Checking the installed version of the Rp Data Pro application, do you need to upgrade?
- Clearing the app data and cache.
- Uninstall & reinstalling the application.
If none of these solutions correct the issue you are encountering then the support team may need to log a bug report for further investigation by the development team.
When contacting the Corelogic support team be ready to supply your
- Phone make and model.
- The current Operating System & version that is installed.
- The RP Data Pro version you are using
- Your username and password.
- The Exact issue you are encountering.
The support team will attempt to replicate the issue whilst logged in as your user profile on their own device, if they are able to replicate the issue with their own device they will log a bug report for further investigation/resolution by the development team.
