If you can access the desktop version of the platform you should be able to login to the phone app.
If you are unable to login to the app, it is likely to be one of the below situations.
- Incorrect username entered.
- Incorrect password entered.
- Your user access to the company account has been removed.
- Your subscription is suspended for non payment
- Your Company subscription is cancelled
- Initial account setup has failed to include the app permissions. (bug)
To resolve these issues.
- Check the username is correct. Usernames are all lower case. Phones capitalise the first letter.
- Check/Reset your password.
- Check with your administrator that your user access has not been removed from the account.
- Confirm with your internal accounts team that payment has been made.
- Confirm with the account holder why the subscription has been cancelled.
- Call Corelogic Support to have the setup of the account checked.
