Why are some of the statistics in the app different to whats on the desktop version of the site?
Please pay attention to the metrics being displayed.
Rp data Pro is designed to return statistics based on the Median Value of the area. Some of the reporting in Rp Professional is around the Median Sales Price. Which are very different metrics.
Why dont you report on median sales price anymore?
As corelogic calculates an estimate of value for every property on a weekly basis it is considered that the Median Value is a much more accurate reflection of current pricing trends within a suburb as it cannot be impacted by high or low value property sales.
