Some of the reports require configuration whilst other reports require a single click to generate.

To kick off a report you will need to be on a property page. Within the property page there are two ways to do this. Using the reports button below the property imagery and selecting a report from the available list. Or identify the section of the page where the report may be generated.

Signature Sales and Rental CMA and Statement of Information Reports
Just below the photo image, tap the CMA button and choose a Sales or Rental report.
Statement of information reports will be available against a Victorian Property.

Below the most recent sales information but above the property ownership details.
Image3 - Avm Section
Switch between the Sales and Rental estimates using the tabs at the top of the panel. If changes have occurred to the property since the last sale you may use the Create customised Valuation Estimate link to request the estimate be generated under updated property attributes.
Image4 - Edit custom estimate data
Press on a line item to make an edit to the data, press Update Valuation to generate a new report using the updated property information.
Right at the top of the page above the photo image.

Scroll to the very last information panel below the local schools data for the suburbs market insights, press the Suburb Report button to request your report.

The one page PDF can only be generated through the reports menu referred to at the start of the article.
