There are many different types of report that may be produced within Cordell Connect.

Producing a copy of a report may be done from an individual project page or from a set of search results. You can produce a list of projects or a detailed individual project report.
You do this by printing the information. Using the print option within the platform, you will be prompted with a choice of reports you can produce.
Project List report.
A project list report is a summary of a list of projects. It is produced in a pdf format and only takes a couple of steps to initiate.
You can create a project list from a single set of search results, or you can run multiple searches.
You have run a new search or a previously saved search and wish to produce a copy of the list of current projects. All you have to do is select the required projects, or use the select all button at the top left of the results. Once selections are made, go to the print menu and select print in the drop down.

A pop up will appear, the default selection will be Project List Report, choose between standard or extended reports, click the Generate Report button below and close the window.

The file will generate and present for download/opening. The Report will appear as below.

The multi search process is not materially different from the single search.
- Search for and produce a list of projects.
- Make selections of projects and use the print menu, but this time select add to print list.
- Run your second project search
- Make selections of projects and once again use the print menu and add to print list
- Repeat the process with as many searches as required.
- Once the list of projects is built, go to the print button and select, view print list

The print list will load, the total number of projects added to your list is displayed on the top left. You may remove projects from the print list using the X to the left of the project name. If you wish to produce a copy of the report, click the Print all button on the top right to present the print report page. (see image2 above)

If you need to reset your criteria and start again, select Clear Print List from the Print drop down menu and restart the searching and selection processes.
Project Detail Report
The Project Detail Report can provide all the captured information about a project in a single Pdf file. The reports may be generated from a single project or a list of projects. The size of the pdf file produced will depend on the volume of information against the projects that are to be printed. You may choose the data sets to be included within the report from a pick list.
Generating a single project detail report from a Project Detail page can be done in two different ways. The first method auto generates the report, the second method allows you to choose the included data sets.
1 - Clicking the Quick Report button. Immediately generates the report including all possible data fields, choose to open or save the file.

2 - Clicking the Print button in the middle of the page.
The print pop up appears already set to generate a Project Detail report.
Select the data fields you wish to include and hit Generate Report and close the window.
The report will generate, choose to open or save the file.

To generate from a list of project search results, make selections of the multiple projects, use the print menu and select print from the drop down.
The Report prompt will pop up. You will need to switch the default choice from Project List Report to Project Detail Report. Make selections of your inclusions and click Generate Report to produce a copy.
