CoreLogic will set up your account and users based on your Cordell Connect subscription. Simply provide us with the users’ names and email addresses upon finalising your subscription contract.
We will create a generic username for each user. Usernames are usually a variant of the company name with a number at the end. For example, if your company name is Placeville Real Estate, one of the usernames would be Placeville1. Username and password details will be sent to the user’s email address.
Changing existing users
If you wish to edit or remove users from your account, you may choose to request CoreLogic to perform one of the following actions:
- Option 1: Remove the existing user and create a new username. Doing this will remove all historical information such as previous searches and alerts that have been set up by the existing user.
- Option 2: Edit the existing user details. Doing this will retain the existing username, while the name, email address and password details can be updated to the new user’s details. The new user will be able to access searches or projects which were saved by the previous user, using the existing username.
- Option 3: Place the existing user account on hold. This is a suitable solution in a situation where an employee has left your company but you have yet to find a replacement. Simply contact us when you would like to reactivate the user account for the new employee. At this stage, you may advise us whether you wish to proceed with option 1 or option 2 as stated above.
All requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. For the request to be valid, it has to be sent from:
- the account holder
- a user from the same account, with the account holder CC’ed on the email
Adding more users
Please contact Customer Care if you wish to add more users to your account, beyond the number of users covered in your original subscription. The Customer Care team will verify this with you before discussing next steps. They will either offer to log an upgrade request with your account manager, or arrange to have the sales team contact you to discuss applicable upgrade costs.
