You have selected your comparable sales and listings and you are now on the 'Customise Report' tab. You are now ready to move on to the 'Final Preview' tab to generate your report but you have encountered an error.
There are two things you can try to solve this problem:
- Check if there are any previously uploaded custom documents that have been included in the report. Custom documents have a 'Bin' icon next to its checkbox. Remove custom documents from displaying on the report by unticking the checkbox. For more information about custom documents please refer to: How to add or remove your own custom documents
- Check if there are any custom uploaded property or lifestyle images that have been selected as the cover page image for this report. Remove the current image that is in use and choose a different cover image for your report.
Once you completed the steps above, try to re-generate the report.
If the steps above do not resolve the problem, then there may be issues with your internet browser. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of your internet browser and refer to our article about fixing internet browser issues for other solutions that may enable you to generate your report.
