You have been able to select your comparable sales and listings and you are now on the customise report page, It appears that the configuration of the report has gone smoothly and you have hit next to move to the final preview page to generate your report and you are now encountering an error.
You are unable to produce a copy of the report and you are unsure why.
The first steps to take are.
- Check for any custom uploaded documents. Remove them from displaying on the report by unticking the display button.
- Check for any custom uploaded property imagery or cover page imagery. Remove/re-select a different property or cover image for your report.
Once those changes have been made, attempt to re-generate the report.
If the report generation is successful, you have identified the cause of the issue.
