Configurable Reports
Configurable reports contain multiple properties and are useful when you wish to generate a PDF or spreadsheet of properties that meet your requirements. The configurable reports available are Property List Report, Sales History Report, On the Market Report, and Rental Comparison Report. Follow the steps below to create a configurable report.
- Type an address that is not specific to a property. For example, a street name or suburb name
- Use the search filters to narrow your search to include only relevant properties in your search results. Note you need to change the property status filter accordingly to access specific reports:
- All Properties: Property List Report
- Sales: Sales History Report
- For Sale: On the Market Report
- For Rent: Rental Comparison Report
- Sort your results according to your requirements
- Tick the checkbox to select a property and include it in your report
- When you’re done, click on the report name. Reports are formatted in a landscape format and you may include up to 500 properties in each report. If you wish to include more than 500 properties in your report, use the export feature instead
