If you’re having difficulty uploading a company logo or headshot photo, first check the file type. RP Professional only accepts JPG, PNG and GIF files.
There are different types of JPG files. Some may work, while others may appear to upload but will then display a broken image. Here’s how to get around it.
Converting your JPG file
If your JPG file isn’t uploading correctly, it’s best to convert it to a PNG file. Converting it to a GIF file may reduce the image quality.
Browse your files for the correct photo or logo file. Right click the file. Click Open with in the drop-down menu then click Paint.

Saving the image
When the image is displayed in Paint, go to the File drop-down menu and hover over Save as to open another menu. Click PNG picture to save a new version of the image.
It’s a good idea to rename the file during the Save As process so it’s easy to find when you browse your files to upload it.

Uploading the image
Now that your photo or logo is a PNG file, return to RP Professional and upload it again.
