Did you receive an email invitation to join an RP Professional account, but couldn’t complete the sign-up process? This may be because you created a username and password, but then closed the Join Form window before completing the Work Details section. In this case, your RP Professional access hasn't yet been activated and you haven't been connected to your organisation's account.
To complete the process and join the account, you need to complete the Work Details section. But if you try to do this by following the link in the email invitation, you’ll receive an error message.

In this case, you’ll need to go to the Login page and log into RP Professional with the username and password you’ve created. This will open the Work Details panel so you can complete the process.
Don’t ask your administrator to send a new email invitation with a new link. If you try to click the new link then enter the same username, you’ll receive a Username is in use error.
