- If reply means: RiTA's AI will decipher the message and respond based on the reply meanings defined
- If reply includes: If the reply contains a property address or email address
- If reply is exactly: The reply must be an exact match for RiTA to execute this condition
- If reply contains keywords: RiTA will look out for the specified keywords in the reply
- All other replies: Any reply that does not meet any of the conditions above - choose this if you want RiTA to respond regardless of the reply received
- Follow the arrow to see the condition you have added. Click on the condition to edit the condition type, add keywords and set the next step of the conversation flow. Press enter after each keyword for it to register.
Image 2: Adding keywords to a condition. - You can set the next step to go to a message or action. If none of the existing messages are suitable, add a new message below the condition by clicking the +ADD button.

- Click Test to activate a simulated conversation where you assume the role of the contact RiTA is conversing with.

- RiTA will then review the message and respond according to the conditions you have set.
- Edit or delete any part of the flow until you are satisfied with the conversation. To delete a message or condition, click on the red bin icon at the bottom left of the Edit Condition panel.

- Save your conversation flow and close the flow editor.
Conditions are decision points and are used to determine the next message or action in a conversation flow. When creating a condition, you can specify the keywords that RiTA should look out for in a conversation and how RiTA should respond to a message.

A condition's prioirty determines the sequence RiTA will follow when assessing conditions to generate a response. Move the condition up or down in the priority list by clicking on the arrows.

Testing a conversation flow
Testing your conversation flow will give you a preview of how your flow would work and give you the chance to edit the messages, actions and conditions if needed. You can test your conversation flow as you are setting up the flow or at the end.
To test your conversation flow:
After you have finished setting up your conversation flow, make sure you click Save on the Action Templates page to save your newly updated conversation and to update automations where this conversation is included.
